Yes, we do have 7 days no-questions-asked refund policy for the Starter and Regular plan. If you’re not satisfied with our service within 7 days of your order, we’ll refund the entire amount. No questions asked.
No. Ad spend budget is not included in any above plan, however we will recommend ad spend after understanding your business.
You can cancel your subscription with 15 days notice to stop the work and billing. As our services includes scheduling posts well in advance, we have to ask for a 15 days’ notice.
For Regular plan and Advance plan we will assign a dedicated account manager. Communication will happen through emails/ messengers apps/ phone calls if required.
